Open carry age requirement in WV?

Does anyone know if there is an age requirement for open carry in WV? For example, could my 20 year old friend open carry his father's revolver? Thanks for any help.

I don't know the answer, but even if legal, the practice IMHO is not wise. I live in Charles Town, and can tell you something like that wouldn't play will with the local LEOs.

Your friend should probably call his local Sheriff's Office or State Police and ask. I imagine it'd be less of a problem in more rural areas of the state.
