I've been very impressed with Impactguns prices, but have yet to purchase anything from them. I considered purchasing a M6 light from them, but might just purchase it locally for $289 or so instead of their $268. But thinking about it now.. it would be better if I factor in taxes.
What are you considering purchasing, if you don't mind?
Also, What part of Ohio are you from? If your near the Cincinnati area, or Loveland/Mason/Goshen area, I would recommend Shooters' Supply Shop as a quite reasonable place of business.

I have never dealt with them over the internet, but have purchased a couple guns from them at their store. They have been professional and friendly to me whenever I've been in there. I would imagine they would be so over the internet as well.

Ordered some hearing protection about 6 months ago. No problems, I'd order from them again.

I ordered 250 rounds of 5.7x28mm ammunition for the Fiveseven pistol. Their web site said it was in stock and ready to ship. After I ordered it, found out they didn't have it in stock as advertised and it was on backorder for 3-4 weeks. Promptly got a refund and will never order anything from them again without calling to make sure they aren't yankin my crank and actually have the item in stock ready to ship.

Been there many times, bought many things from them.
Be aware that much that's advertised on their website IS NOT IN THE STORE NOR ACTUALLY AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY.
I've even been given the old "bait & switch" routine there once (but only once!), and I recommend specifically calling or emailing them to determine if the item you want is actually physically present and available in the store before you order.
That way, there'll be no misunderstandings.

Good guys up there. Been there, and walked away feeling like I wasn't treated like a stepchild.

They stocked guns from us in the past, so naturally I think highly of them
