Are the bureaucrats at TSA trying to kill the arming of airline pilots via the bureaucats delight, doing nothing, or stalling?
According to the law, arming of pilots has been authorized, TSA is supposed to come up with regs and proceedures. Since they haven't yet, so far as can be seen, what are they doing to EARN their pay? They do get paid, don't they?
