While comparing my P-01 to my 75B I noticed a difference in the full cock notch.(I can see this while have the pistols hammer all the way back) On both there appears to me two notches for full cock. One on the right and one on the left. My 75B both are the same length. On my P-01 one is longer than the other. More specifically the right one is longer. Is this normal?

I'll try and take pictures tonight.

It might be because the P-01 uses different hammer. I don't think they
are a detriment to the gun's safety or ability to shoot.

Hopfully you can see the difference and what I am talking about. On my P-01 there is actual wear on the sear. This is after about 900 rounds and another 1000 dryfires. (most likely more dryfires, I didn't county) I was wondering if this is going to cause more wear on the P-01 since the is less contact area.

They do it on the D" models, at least the PCR/PO1 compact models. I cant say why they do it....but what you noticed is the way they are.
My guess is they cut the left side short to clear some decocking mechanicals.......
It doesnt lend to better trigger pull like some might think either ......bummer.
Shoot well.
