I wish I'd seen your post a fewdays ago. I ordered a copy of same book from Amazon, and just read the e-mail shipping confirmation.

I paid $24.47 plus 3.99 S&H, total $28.46. Oh, well, the book is already on the way, and I should have it in a couple of days.

Got tired of having to ask others to look info up for me. Not bad, once in a while, but I was doing it every couple of weeks. This way, I'll also be able to help on the requests. I imagine Mike Irwin and a couple of other members can use the assist. ;)
