How do you attach receiver end plate sling attachment on a AR-15 style rifle? Do you disassemble the butt stock? If so how?

Is yours a Telestock or fixed stock? That changes what we tell ya. Basically you need to take off the stock, put the plate on, make sure you dont lose any parts and reattach the stock. If you have a Tele stock, it takes a different wrench. It should take about 10 mins. Download the Field Manual for the M16 and I think it tells ya how to do it.

I guess it would help to know what type of stock. It is a fixed stock.
