You were presented with the Jim Starr trophy and I have the plaque that you were awarded for you being the high scoring adult on the Colorado team that attended camp perry last year. It was given out during the award ceremony on the 3rd of july right after the match.

Congratulations again on your fine shooting and we all hope to see you on the line again soon.

Here is a few things that happened.
Nancy Galleger won the overall championship
High junior was klye Friegal (bad spelling)
He also was the high junior to join you on the Starr trophy
Jon Sutter finished as the high scoring master for the two days
Leo Ahern as the high expert and jerry fisher as the high sharpshooter.

In The leg match we had 33 shooters with 27 non distinguished shooters so we gave out a 10 point, 8 point and 6 point leg.

Overall Shawn Mckenna won with a 489 for the gold.
1st non-distinguished and the silver medal went to Klye again with a 486 and he also legged out and Heidi presented him with her distinguished pin.
2nd non distinguised and the bronze medal went to Jon Coppenbarger with a 483.
3rd non distinguished and the 6 point leg went to Robert Jackson from Durango and that also gave him enough points to leg out and he was presented with Jim Starrs pin.

I do believe Bill Zollinger shot a 478 for first leather as he is coming along very well in his shooting.

Again congratulations on you winning the Starr trophy and I will keep your award till I see you or ship it anywhere you would like.

Thanks again and I hope this post finds you safe and well.

Congrats on your Starr Trophy Steve. Hope you are well.

Congrats to Kyle for legging out.

Also, congrat's to Jon C. on more points. I thought I could smell it coming during the team match Jon. I am confident you will wrap it up next year.

Some minor corrections to your post Jon - I was first Service Rifle Master for Saturday, 2nd Service Rifle Master for the Friday/Saturday combined. Kyle was 1st.

Hey guys, good shooting! I'm glad you got some points, Jon. I would like to get that Starr trophy out here sometime. Check your PMs. Sounds like a great crew for Perry in 2005...I might just come out to visit, even if I don't shoot.

Ahh hell, of course I'll shoot! I'll be so used to hot weather by then I will think it is cold there.

We're doing our own style of shooting here, 500 and 2000 lb bombs. That is ok by me, the more we drop the fewer injuns there are.
