C&R Question for CA

Does anybody know the rules for shipping a C&R eligible handgun to California?

You still need to have it delivered to a Class 01 FFL and are limited to 1 per 30 days. You can get more than 1 per 30 days if you apply for a certificate of eligibility (COE). Last time I checked, a COE is about $70 for the 1st year and $15/yr to renew.
