To the folks asking about Shotgun 101 in person....
Will advise when I'm ready to teach again. It may be a few weeks.

Dave - You should ask your cardiologist if reloading counts as exercise. Maybe you could make up a new series of MEC-related workout videos. ;)

TR, it was hard enough to convince them that raising a 7-9 lb weight to shoulder height and swinging it around 100-150 times was good upper body exercise. Worth a try though....

Get well, Dave. A friend of mine had the same procedure, I think, and has to wear a defibulator (sp?).
He's hoping the doc will let him shoot a gas-operated 28 ga.

I read over on TFL.
I read up that you're doing better, good to hear. Godspeed Dave!
Best wishes to you and your family. Take care and bust some more clays when you get better.

Thanks, folks. FYI, my cardiologist just said not to shoot for 3 days. That's up this AM. Loaded a case yesterday, 250 rounds. May need to do it again tonight...

 What the............I've been out a couple of days and it looks like Dave has had, dare I say a heart attack? I don't think you are a heck of a lot older than me Dave. I hope you are OK. Prayers for you man!

Thanks again. it wasn't a heart attack, aka a myocardial infarction. It was the condition that leads to an MI. They fixed it.

Dave: late here, too! Sorry. Sounds like they found it before any muscle damage, definitely good news! I used to be a cardiac rehab nurse: NO tobacco, eat like you have some sense, exercise! Where do i send the bill?
Seriously, welcome back. Any questions, just sat so.
Stay safe, and well. Bob
