Threads listed as 0 replies?

I've seen a bunch of threads listed as having 0 replies that actually have several today. Is this a board problem, or just threads that have been moved or something?

What's the deal?
Is it safe to assume THR will be down for repairs soon? I hope not. The last time nearly killed me,lol.
