I know about the Kramer Confidant, but it's not available in left hand.

There's another T-shirt holster I remember seeing on the net awhile back, had gun pockets on both sides. Guy demonstrating it concealed a Desert Eagle with it to show how well it worked.

Anybody know?

The Confidant does have a holster on each side. You can carry, one pistol, two pistols, or a pistol with a reload, depending on how you do it. I use my double belt carrier strapped into the holster of my off side if I carry my Commander in it. With the bigger heavier guns its better to have the weight on the off side to balance things out. While you can carry the bigger pistols, I find it works best with a pistol about the size of a PPK or SIG P230, or in that range. At least its more comfortable for extended periods.

Yes, the Kramer Confidante IS ambidextrous. Holster w/velcro strap on both sides. I used the one on the left side for handgun and had my wife sew up the bottom of the other one so I could carry a spare magazine in it. (I also cut off the velcro strap on that side.)

My Confidant has a holster pocket under each arm. I used to carry two j frames that way. I still use the tee shirt 'holster', stuffing a CZ compact in one side, and two extra mags in the off side pocket.

I wish I could remember the name of the other thing. It had pockets big enough even for full sized hanguns. I'll have to do a search on TFL; that's where I heard of it.

The Confidant will carry full sized guns, at least 1911 sized pistols, probably bigger if you wanted, but I think you'd reall be pushing it.
