I want to buy a new upper for my Bushmaster AR, I know that the manufacturers sell the uppers online, but the prices they list are way too high (the MSRP price :what: , come on, these days we seldom buy things at that price)! :p Could you guys tell me some good online places who sell the AR upper at a reasonable price?

I also want to buy some accessories (for cleaning, shooting) for my AR, any good place you will recommend?

Build your own---but you'll have to invest in some tools.

Have also seen good prices on complete uppers at ADCO and sometimes Midway USA-----but neither has Bushmaster parts.

www.gunbroker.com has some deals. What kind of upper are you looking for? If I were you, I'd wait till September, when you can get the flash hider/bayonet lug.

I would recommend dealing directly with DPMS. Just call them directly. They will build whatever you desire, for a reasonable price. I had an upper built by them that is ridiculously accurate. They can do cheap, and if you want it all they can do that too. I got my custom upper in 2 weeks.

+1 on ADCO . Plus he has a deal going . Buy an upper and come Sept 14th send it back and he will put a flash hider on it for I think it is $40 with the hider.

I'd also check over at AR15 in the Industry section. There is a pretty good list of folks over there that have AR items. You might also want to check the EE forums for deals there.

Bushy uppers usually are at premium prices when compared to other uppers out there because they are chrome lined and have 5.56 chambers. So be prepared to pay a little more.

I bought a rock river varmint upper from ADCO, wilson air guaged barrel, freefloat tube. Its amazingly accurate. $506 delivered to my door and it took 3 days from the day I ordered it.
