I'd like to buy a few hundred rounds of ammo for the mini-14. Used to see .223 Israeli stuff at affordable prices, but not so much any more. Any leads? Thanks.

I was using XM193 for a while but I have recently switched to Georgia Arms 55gr canned heat. Great stuff.

I have to have burned up at least 10,000 rounds of 55 gr. FMJ Canned Heat in my Colt, Bushmaster and Wilson with nary a problem.
Got about 3000 rounds of it on hand right now.
Course they are local boys and I can drive over there and buy it over the counter so I am sort of prejudiced. :)
