I am thinking about adding a CZ to my arsenal. I am looking for a P-01 9mm and I dont know what a good price would be. I have been search around various forums for all sorts of info. What would be a good deal on a virgin NIB model? Thanks

$425.00 would be a good deal. They go from $450 to even $550 right now.
Good luck with your purchase., WE need more members.

I bought mine last spring for $399. It was listed at $425, but the store had had a sale the weekend before and when the salesman pulled out the case it had a $399 sticker on it so that was the price they sold it for.:neener:

Mine was $461.10 out the door. Even if I paid a bit too much I still don't regret it.

My local shop The Bullet Hole (http://www.thebullethole.com/) has two in stock right now. One NIB and one consignment. They're good people and will give you a fair price if you give them the chance.
I don't know if dropping my name would help or not but I bought 2 CZs last Saturday :D
Good hunting,

I haven't looked very hard, but I've only seen two CZ P-01s around here. I saw one at the gun show in Virginia Beach last weekend, and one at a gun store in Norfolk. Both were priced at $459 plus tax. Although that price may be a little high, I'd pay $459 for a P-01, which in fact I already did.
The more I shoot my Beretta M9, the more I like my CZ 75s! :)

Where abouts in Michigan are you? CZ handgun dealers don't seem to be too numerous in the Grand Rapids area. Found one in Muksegon though.

After years of living abroad, my Michigan geography has escaped me... where is Muksegon? ;)

I happened to have gone shopping yesterday for a P-01....
Only 2 shops in Portland are carrying them at the moment...
The "Gun Store".....$683...
The Northwest Armory....$465.
Same gun...same package....
Amazing.

First one I ever saw with my own two eyes (which was several months after some members here had them) was $409.
Since then, I've mostly seen them priced at $425 and $440.

Can the P-01 be carried cocked and locked like the CZ 75B? I am interested in this because I can use it for ESP and SSP in IDPA if it can be. I was originally looking at the 75B but this P-01 is interesting to me.
Thanks,
Greg

Thank you guys. A local dealer has some instock for $469, so I might have to save some more and shop around some more. How about ammo, what you guys used for range work? I like S&B(Czech?), Geco and 124gr Winchester White Box for my P7M8.
p.s. Thanks Mal H, an isle of CZ would be interesting:banghead:
