How much bigger is the P11 than the p32? Is the p11 still a good concealed carry weapon?

Go to http://www.kel-tec.com to see the numbers on each gun.
But they won't tell you the story. For that you'll have to compare them side by side yourself.
The P-32 is a great pocket gun, which also means it's a good CCW.
The P-11 is a great CCW, but it's a little big for a pocket pistol.
IMO, the P-32 is a bit small for a CCW.
The weight of each gun is ideal for its size, IMO.

If you are a fairly large person, 180 pounds or more and wear your trousers loose in the current fashion, you will find the P-11 just fine in the proper pocket holster.
The P-11 is far larger than the P-32 but they are both the smallest and best and lightest of the guns in each caliber in my opinion.
The Kahr compact is more accurate for most but holds far less ammo. However, for me the P-11 is more accurate than the Kahr and of course it's lighter and smaller and thinner.
There is a lot of stuff about both on www.ktog.org

The P-11 is a bit iffy as a pocket pistol; the P-32 is a shirt-pocket pistol.
Funny story...a local dealer stuck a P-32 in his shirt pocket during a particularly busy day and couldn't find it at closing time. We spent an hour checking the entire store for it [he thought someone had "walked" with it] before he finally remembered, sheepishly, where it was. That story got told and retold and he sold a bunch of the little buggers as a result.
Can't wait to get the P-3AT...I'm a big Kel-Tec fan because of their innovative designs and fantastic customer service.
