Man, I'll bet those guys are hot in all that gear and those black uniforms. I'll bet they don't think that black is so tacticool standing on a city street in the sun. :uhoh:

Probably not an illusion- more likely it is that scope mount that bolts on to the carry handle, goes 90 degrees down to the forend, and goes 90 degrees back towards the barrel. Essentially, it puts a picatinny rail on top of the forend. Cannot remember who makes it. Allows you to co-witness your optics with the iron sights.

Looks like he has an EoTech scope mounted on the front as well. Eotech also makes the extended rail over the front handguards.

I am not real big on full auto/select fire/NFA type stuff, but these are FUN.
A friend of mine has one and I love it.
I bought a Colt 9mm AR after shooting his SMG. I have thought of registering it as an SBR just to duplicate the look.
Buying one of these is MUCHO expensive.
