just went and picked up my new carry gun and couldn't be happier.

this agent is beutiful and looks like it just came frome the factory, it also fits pretty good in the pocket of my shorts, it should fit even better when I get a set of these on it. http://www.eaglegrips.com/secretservice.htm

it also shoots great and has the best trigger of any gun I have ever shot, not that I have shot many DA revolvers as a matter of fact this is my first every thing else has been a pistol or SA big bore handguns.

does anyone know of a leather pocket holster that will fit? If not I will just buy another nemisis wich I like but just think this classic blued revolver deserves to ride in some animal hide.

Congrats on a great revolver!

I have a Safariland model 25 pocket holster that I use with my Detective Special, which is the same size as your gun. I also have the Eagle secret service grips. The holster works best in cargo pants or khakis, but prints like a brick when I wear jeans, which is 99% of the time.

GOOD gun. Late model, per the barrel shroud.

VERY mild amounts of 38+P should be OK. See my comments in this thread as to what I suspect are the 38+P defense loads that will be mildest in an old and/or aluminum-frame gun:
