I'm just curious, with the modern manufacturing processes, are there still a lot of jacket separation problems or no?

Depends on what you use, what it is used in, and what it is used on. Yes there are still jacket separations; usually involves light for caliber, fast steppers, use on game bigger then it is suitable for. :(

Not with the bonded bullets.

Of course, I never saw jacket separation as a problem when it happened as long as the ball carried through. Nosler Partitions separate and have a long track record of kills, even on large game.
