I was looking at the Matt Burkett videos and wondered if anyone had any good or bad things to say about them.

Any other suggestions for good training videos? It seems like you get a lot for the $60, but any honest comments are appreciated.

I've got his Vol 3 DVD and really like it. Of course, I got it after I had taken his course... so in that way its a really good refresher. I just got his Vol 5 DVD as a door prize at the WI State IDPA match. Haven't watched it yet, but I'm sure it'll be as good as his Vol 3.

A couple people I know went from sharpshooter to master since getting his videos and taking his classes (and lots of practice!).

I'd give them a thumbs up.

I have all the Matt Burkett dvds and I highly recommend all but the Volume 5: IDPA. At this point in my shooting the IDPA one had nothing to offer me but might be useful for a new shooter. It is neat to see him shoot the classifier faster then I ever will.

I think you mean volume 4. volume 3 is the enos interview. They are all good. I suggest getting 1-4.

Quite a few of the shooters who shoot at the IDPA clubs I run have purchased and used them. They all have demonstrated a measurable improvement after practicing what the videos preach.

Not a substitute for hands on training but a good reference work.
