Anyone? What sorts of options are there out there? Major league gunsmithing work? Anybody you'd recommend?

Cylinder and Slide and Novak shop can do the job, that's the two I know. You can easily find them on web.

THE MAN to do a Hi-power is Mr. Yost. If I was going to send one off that's where I would send it. YMMV

Most common sight changes are to Novaks or Heinies. I like what Mr. Yost does with the de-footed Heinie. It looks real clean and produces a simple sight picture.

If I recall, the Trijicons require no milling to install. Just drift out the old and drift in the new.

I had MMC put a set on my HP. They did a great job on the slide mill out.
