I just got a new Taurus 92, fixed sights etc. Great gun. Can night sights be installed...if so, how? Suggestions?

Oh, no. An accessoyr rail on the dust cover?:barf:

While some might find it useful, I wish (hope) it's an option and not standard. I rank them with forward serrations and FLGRs on 1911s as fashion gimmicks.

You can send the slide to Trijicon and they will install their nightsights. The rear can simply be replaced, but the front sight must be drilled out and the tritium vial inserted. Alternatively you can contact Taurus, tell them what you want and they will probably have you send the slide in to have it done. I, personally, would send the slide to Trijicon. They're not nearly as slow as Taurus (might take Taurus a couple of months). Probably set you back around $100-150 all said and done.
