It seems that the french prez has a website with a free email page:
go to the French Prez's website response page (http://www.elysee.fr/ang/ecrire/mail_.htm)

Who knows? somebody might even get an answer!:D

No.

I don't want my computer exchanging 1s and 0s with anything infected with what he is.

Cher M. Président: Quel type de fromage mangez-vous le plus souvent? Combien de fois la France peut-elle rendre? Quel est votre avis sur des monkees?:neener:

My one year of basic High School Conversational French was......well, TOO many years back to be of any use now.....

So, I'll pass on telling Madame Chirac what I think of "her' Presidency............

despite some of our illustrious members' abilities with the french language, I too have to admit that what little french I had was long ago, far away, and I spent most of the time trying to make eye contact with the cute blonde who was the french tutor.

None the less, you can write to Chirac and co in English...

Despite two years of high school French, and two years of college French, I am pretty much limited to idiotic phrases like "Mon chapeau est sur la table" (My hat is on the table).

But if I go here:

http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish/tr

Or here:

http://www.freetranslation.com

I become quite proficient.:)

In the above reply I asked the illustrious French Prez which cheese he most often eats, how many times the French could surrender, and his opinion on monkees.

I too think I shall enquire to the French President. I wonder what is a good wine to serve at a surrender ceremony? I mean they are the experts correct??

The Japanese serve Rice wine and the Germans serve a rather lovely Leibframilche (best at room temp).

But then again.............why should I care whats best to serve?

I'm an American!!!!!!!!!!!
