Now that I want one, I can't find the forms. Found the ap on BATF site, but can't print it right. The phone # it gives in Atlanta for Aps has been Discontinued. Being prior-Service I know that with the Gov if it is 2 sided you better print it that way, just can't get the stupid printer to work. Anyone help me out?

Here's the site you can (normally) order them from: http://www.atf.gov/dcof/index.htm but I dont see the form you need listed for some reason (almost all the firearms forms are missing).
Send ATFMail@atf.gov an email asking for a copy of ATF F 5310.16 (the C&R application) and the certification of citizenship form and they'll get them to you in a few days.

You'll be just fine printing the forms from the BATFE website. Just use legal size (8 1/2"x14") paper, the form is formatted to be that particular size. It will print on two pages, front side only, but that's what I used for my application and had no trouble at all.

Don't forget to to get a copy of ATF Form 5330.20 - Certification of Compliance with 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(5)(B). It's now required as a part of the application process. The form is linked in the section where you download / print the C&R application.
