make this style IWB holster????

I want to get a 45acp for my carry gun. I don't know for sure if it will be the commander size or a full size. I have a bad roto-cuff so I find a cross draw the best for me. I was wondering if anyone you know of makes a IWB Holster that can be used as a cross draw????????? I now carry a GP100 with a 4" barrel in the smartcarry so even the full size 45 wouldn't be as big as I now carry but I think at times the IWB Holster would be the easiest if I could get a cross draw that would work on a gun the size of the commander or full size 45 acp

With special needs custom leather will be your best bet. I second a recomendation of Eric's work. I have 3 of his holsters and I'm very satisfied :)
