Looks good (I assume 100 yard groups),

I might try a faster powder to try and lower the spread. My 6.5-08 always shot almost as well at 200 as 100, so maybe try it at longer range.
Also, I'd load some with regular primers to see if it made a difference.

I think the spread is a combo of me and technique....when I run the next 50 I am gonna note a little better where in the strings these anomolies are...they could be a combo of a hot dirty barrel, little higher powder charge and/or neck tension...this last report was for my 4th reloading of the cases, I have annealed and am gonna see how that effects..

If I toss oout the low one, and the two highest (out of the 50 rounds), my spread drops to like 74

That seems like a fairly light load, but it looks like it shoots good. I use 140 gr SMKs and 46 gr RL-22 to get the best groups out of my rifles, the load has alot of bark to it, but I can keep them under 1.5"- of course I don't have the fancy shmancy Ajack on mine:D

If the average group is .9" who cares how fast it goes? Fire for effect.

I don't know what the condition of your gun is but a good 6.5x55 is good for 1/2" groups. Don't stop at .9" . Powder about the speed of 4350 is good for 140s.
