I sat down and addded up the probable points down and my normal splits, transitons, and reloads. Heres what I came up with:
SSP: 112.50.
This is considering an aggregate score of 90 seconds + 45 points down. This puts me pretty much in the middle of Expert. If I shoot it a little cleaner thats when I'll get a higher expert. If I shoot the whole thing impeccably clean I may get lucky and make M.
Anyone else ever try this?

I have "done the math" on dozens of courses of fire, including many IPSC classifiers and the IDPA classifier. I have learned to see what I need to see to make the shot, trust that my best is good enough, and the time will be what it is.

Alright, I fumbled 2 reloads and dropped WAY more points than I could imagine. Pulled SS out of the heat.
So much for that!

I do math for a living.
I shoot for fun. :)

Don't forget that movement, use of the barricade, reloads behind cover, and reloads with retention are going to add time as well.
I sure wish I could shoot it under 175! I'm not a speed demon...:D
