Nice format, exceptional content, etc.

A note in your specs confirmed my suspicion about the case feed plates being interchangeable between Hornady and Dillon. I wish Dillon made a XL650 tool head with the LNL bushing system or at least offered a tool head with the LNL bushing in place of the powder dispenser.

I also like that side by side shot you put up of all the presses together. Thank you.

My LnL AP purchased in December of last year came with the pistol drum and insert as well.

Your spec says no baffle for the LNL powder measure. I bought my press last week and it came with a real nice one the drops right in.

Yup, mine did too.

A few more notes:

Metering inserts can be swapped without tools and without emptying PM, unless changing between rifle & pistol.

Optional drain insert allows emptying PM back into can/bottle while still on press.

PM functions at any station.

You noted that the Dillon case feed plates would work on the LNL but said a low primer warning not available. I thought I might mention that the low primer warning off the Dillon will also work on the LNL.

I sold the LNL a while back but I don’t think so as all of my Dillon’s have primer alarms on them. If I had to modify one I probably would have let it go with the LNL. My LNL was before the EZ eject and came with only the rifle powder measure set up without a baffle and 1000 bullets. I liked the bullets.

Sorry, Gavin. I was referring to the powder baffle that is now included. Mine did not come with one, but I'm wanting to order one.

I called Hornady this morning to get a part number and price for the baffle. In their typical awesome fashion, they are sending me one for free "under a warranty ticket".

I know people tote Dillon's "No BS" warranty, but it's been my experience that Hornady operates the same way.

How about including the common retail cost of the machines? Who pays $500 for the LNL? I paid about 380 with shipping from http://www.manventureoutpost.com.

I paid $375-380 (can't remember now) at the local cabella's last year around Thanksgiving, due to bringing the website price into the store.
The shell plates were discounted as well, through the same route.

I remember that I was a dollar over the $425 list price in the store when I checked out, but had two shell plates and a soda in my hands as well as the press.

Has any of you had any luck using the RCBS bullet feeder with your LNL.

One thing you may want to include somewhere in your LNL instructions, is how to adjust the primer setup so the holes line up. Maybe you already have this but I missed it? I love how the Hornady video tells you may need to do this, and then completely ignores telling you how. Sure it's a simple thing, but it would be nice if Hornady pointed it out. Maybe it's just me, but I kinda think basic, yet critical adjustment info should be in the manual.

I got a kick out of this as well. Definitely would be a welcome addition.
