Online Poll: Should MD approve gun owner licensing system?

Hold up a second. We need to be clear what members need to "check".
What is the proposal for a licensing system for handgun purchasers? Right now there doesn't appear to be any requirement to license people to purchase handguns. How is any additional restriction on gun owners something we should support?
Members should vote NO, saying we don't support the additional requirement to license purchasers.
