Double stack 7.62x25- does it exist?

I'm not aware of anyone currently making a pistol in this caliber in any configuration. The only pistols I am aware of made in it previously are the Tokarev TT-33, and Czech CZ-52, both with single column mags. The Mauser broomhandle fired a dimensionally similar cartridge, and had a double column internal magazine, but the Mauser round was not loaded quite as hot as the Russian round, and it is highly inadvisable to fire the Russian cartridge in the Mauser.

I was aware of it. I didn't list it because it's basically just a licensed copy of the TT-33. It differs only in having a slightly longer grip that gave room for one extra round in the mag. It was licensed for the Yugoslavs to make in the same way the Russians licensed the Chinese to make copies of the Tokarev.
 
I doubt most people could get their hand around a double-stack 7.62x25 grip.

And that is the most likely reason you won't find one.

PPS43 is double stack, 35 rounds = except even though it's sold as a "pistol" it's quite large. It's an SMG.

Zastava might be coming out with a new pistol called the PPZ in 2014 and it’s a 7.62x25mm with a double stack magazine. It is estimated that the magazine capacity will be 20 rounds and it should be about the size of a Glock 20.

Would be nice. Perhaps it would increase the market options for 7.62x25 as the flood of .410 loads after the Judge pistols.

7.62x25

Stressed, The only way to have ammo options in 7.62x25 is to roll your own. My M57 slugs out at .312 or 32 cal. I shoot 32 caliber 100gr fp moly coated lead and 100gr Hp bullets with great results.

It's an excellent round and I would hate to see it not used in the modern handguns and become obsolete over time.

I like the 7.62x25 and have a couple M57 which I enjoy shooting. However, what is the main appeal now that cheap surplus ammunition is gone forever?

It's a zippy cartridge. The 357Sig is also a zippy bottleneck round. There are several pistols chambered in 357Sig that sport 15+ rounds. Considering you can purchase an aftermarket barrel for many .40S&W pistols and throw 125gr of lead at 1500-1550 FPS with a 357Sig, most of my interest in a higher-capacity 7.62x25 has faded.

The overall length of the .45 ACP round is 1.27 inches, while the 7.62x25 is 1.34. In a double-stack mag, that means an even BIGGER mag column around which the hand must be wrapped, with the trigger still reachable.

It can probably be done, but it would certainly be a handful.

(10mm is only 1.26 inches.)
