There really needs to be a criminal charge for this as well as a lawsuit. I know for sure I couldn't take my gun and threaten to execute someone without going to prison.

I think it's currently that way with rifles and shotguns, the person has to know and follow the laws of both states. Probably will stay that way.

Thanks guys, Yea the 21SF is just a hair too big for me to wrap my fingers around, I was hoping the XD had even a little smaller grip. Ill have to go try one out tomorrow.
