I am looking at getting a decent pair of binoculars and the choice is between VAnguard Endeavor II Ed 10x42 or Vortex Viper HD 10x42. Of these two which would you choose and why? Are there any others along the same price/quality range that i am missing?

Six months ago I purchased a Dan Wesson Valor V Bob and it has been my EDC since. Shoots where I aim and has an awesome trigger. I figure a 4.25bbl can do this so now I want a Gov. 5" 1911. I like blued no rail, preferably no front serrations but then that eliminates the Tac ops and the TRP. Im...
Nice find. I have the same but with the mag guide and the trigger mod. It definitely beats my sig 226 tac ops, but its close. It is a tack driver for sure. Mine is a keeper and was worth every penny.
Go with the Wilson Combat version, its American made and it takes precedence over the Italian models. Its nicer than my Sig 226 tacops. Which is a good comparison and hard to come by but either way tack drivers. which should be for the price.
I carry a 1911 when I am not working. Any other time I carry a Sig M11-A1 or 228. You can do it too. It barely prints and nobody is looking at it any ways. Most of all you have a Bad A&$ gun that is extremely accurate and reliable.
You can find a awesome Dan wesson Blemished model for that price easy. check out this link....

Congrats! I got mine a couple months ago and have not had a second to shoot it yet! Its killing me, so tomorrow Ill take it out and make sure to get some pics. Mine too has the only options you could get from the factory just like yours...ill post pics soon.
Haha..Walt...I really was expecting more wheel gun negativity, but this thread has been flexible a bit. My 686 is the one on the line to sell though to replace my new semi automatics.
So, I have decided to put the 686 up for sale. You guys are right I dont need both. They are nice show pieces side by side but that is it. Although they are really nice side by side 686 by 586 with the 8 3/8 bbl...I digress...
thank you for the input
Im thinking of brown bagging it and missing a meal a day. Its too hard...and I am surprised to hear all the Beretta Unlove! Not cool. I was lucky enough to get one of the few with the trigger jobs and mag guide from the factory. I put thought into it and the only one I am willing to get rid of...
I am agreeing....., but why get rid of the Beretta...currently only 2500 have been made and are hard to get a hold of? Now I sound biased towards one...
