If you are looking for a 1-4.....really depends on the reticle that you are looking for. Take a look at the 1-4 in the vortex pst rifle scopeline if you are looking for an moa or mil based reticle. Leupold would be where I would look for a more traditional hunting scope.

If it were me: 100-200 mark I would go with the Vortex Sparc. It's the only red dot that I know of that has a lifetime warranty. 500 mark I would look at an Aimpoint Micro H-1.
