I am considering an AR style in 308. I am down to 2 brands and style. Rock River Arms LAR-8 .308 X-1 18" or a Armilite AR-10 TAC 18". I know there are a lot of others to consider, but these two seem to fit my needs (or wants) and fit my price range. I would appreciate any input on these rifles...
I wounder if someone drilled out the flash hole thinking they would get better ignition. many people will debur the inside, but i wouldn't think this would be a good idea...
looking for 600gr bullet loads for 500 s&w.
Preferably using w296/h110 or h4227, as this is what i have available now.
I have seen a few with lil'gun but can't find any right now.
thanks,
Does your powder measure drop on the upstroke or downstroke? It seems like from the factory they are set to drop on the upstroke. I would think they would work better on the down stroke...?
I agree I would rather have a name brand bullet, but no one seen to have any stock in the popular calibers and weights. Especially 9mm, .45, .357, hollow-points.

Just would like to know if anyone has done business with them. It would seem they have bullets...
