If you are shooting a group, consistently, but the group is in the wrong place then the sights might need adjusting.
If you are not shooting a group (and by group I mean something you could cover with a closed fist) then it's not the sights.
Seems to me that first you need to get a horse, then a scabbard, then.....

But seriously, if you have the saddle ring you could just hook a single point sling to it and call it good. Or if you MUST put sling studs into it then I don't think you...
The reporting is a bit over the top but the safety issue it addresses is real and for more than just Glock handguns.
"Drawstrings on jacket can cause unintentional discharge of firearms."

Was this benched or on a rest or offhand?
Reloads or factory ammo
Could be a lot of different things including some fouling (especially where the rim seats) or barrel bands that are too tight or simple shooter fatigue (personally when I start wandering to the left I know it's time to take a...
TRENTON — Should New Jersey lawmakers pass a gun control bill that would reduce the size of ammunition magazines from 15 to 10 rounds?
"The measure was included as part of a sweeping package of bills aimed to strengthen New Jersey's gun laws. But while the state Assembly passed it last year...
My measure is on a home made stand that has a fairly long "arm". As a result it bounces just a bit when I thunk the lever up and down. I'm convinced that's why I have no trouble with Unique and similar powders.
Well, unless I get down to small volume cases but then again I also think Unique...
In a sense I'm "lucky". When someone huffs up like that, telling me "nobody needs..." I can point to the knife scar on my arm and say...."nope, yer WRONG!"
The "bucket" is a 5 gal pail that is a combination of once fired from a buddy and myself, as well as a LOT of range-pickup gathered over about 2 years. I'm guessing about 6,000 pcs.
I think it would take me the rest of my life to process 23,000 cases (I have a single stage press)
What a morning I'm having.
Since I finally have primers I decided it was time to go ahead and process the bucket of 5.56 brass I have. I'm rolling along nicely when I hit a piece of military crimped brass and snapped the decapping pin in my die.
I have RCBS so I'm usually pretty careful...
Star Arms MEGA-STAR in 10mm (not mine)
Nagant revolver. Okay not that rare but as weird as it gets
and I once got to hold a c.1880 Colt Peacemaker chambered in .44 Henry Rimfire but I had to give it back :(
I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the Walther PPS. I have a 9mm version and that little pistol has been a bundle of happy surprises for me. When I can reasonably wear a shoulder rig I still carry a SIG 229 but in warmer weather or more "dressed up" occasions the PPS just vanishes with a good...
Always check quality, don't be afraid of price, few things will make you crazier than a "wandering zero".
When it comes to price for sights/scopes I fall back to my camera/lens analogy.
You can have the absolute best camera body/rifle/pistol. Accurate, never jams, always does precisely...
I have access to a very nice club where you can (usually) back right up to the covered shooting area. However I also go to an open public range at a National Forest and at that place you DO NOT leave your stuff unattended. When at the latter I either go light, or use the cart from my SASS...
it is rare, but there have been times when I've "packed it in" rather than ingrain some bad habits. Mostly I try to figure out what is going wrong and correct it but every now and then I seem to have one of those days where I couldn't hit a barn from the inside.
Because I think y'all might be amused by this one...
So... they are counting on guys with guns to protect them from the people who like guns. Irony doesn't even begin to cover it. :banghead:

If that roll pin has lost tension (or if someone had it disassembled and re-used the pin rather than installing a fresh one like you are supposed to do) then it can walk out like that.
Best bet is to get a replacement pin and install it
Or if you want you can order a Hennings "pin and nut"...
Tolerances are pretty tight on the NAA micro guns and the cylinder is right there in your palm. If it were me, I'd go with "Pretty damned important".
As I'm fond of saying, it's a pretty narrow line between "fine firearm" and "Hand grenade"
