Bought a Raven .25 many years ago that was junk. Had bad luck with a Taurus revolver as well. I bought a Chiappa .22 single action recently that is total junk. Can’t speak to any others that I haven’t handled or shot.

I've had a P32 a PF 9, and a P3AT. All worked well with no problems. The P32 was my favorite and I will buy another one day.

I've had a Rock Island for a couple of years now and it has been a great gun. Shoots everything you load in it and is a good shooter. It will bite the web of your hand but that is about the only complaint I have.

A small frame revolver is a poor choice for a number of reasons. They are difficult to shoot well because they have a short sight radius and (usually) small sights. Recoil, even with .38 specials can be daunting for someone with smaller hands. She should try as many guns as possible and choose...

I had one and sold it about a year ago. One of the worst decisions I've made. Picked up a new one (2.25" with spurless hammer) this week and can't wait to get to the range. Great, tough, little gun. Won't be letting this one go.

Closing the gun show "loophole" is just a way to stop all private transfers of firearms. This goes way beyond the private sale between two individuals and could also include the gift of firearms between family members. A grandfather could not give (transfer) a gun to a grandchild, for example...

It's probably not a major issue, but I oftentimes think that the folks who list an inventory of their firearms in the signature line of their posts might not be thinking about what they are doing. I don't like to advertise the fact of my gun ownership with stickers, decals, etc., either. Why let...

The P32 is a great little gun. I bought one a couple of months back at a gun show and my son took it home with him when he came for a visit a couple of weeks ago. I'm going to a gun show tomorrow to see if I can replace it. Can't see the need for the .380 (unless I find a hard-chrome P3AT :D)...

AnyGun, Your post made me dizzy, but I couldn't have said it better. Unfortunately, some police officers let the job go to their heads and consider themselves "above the law". I have a healthy distrust of cops for the most part and yes, they should be required to follow the law when off duty.

Take a look at the Bond Arms derringer. I've been looking at them myself. They look very well made and come in all the calibers you can want. They are a little big and heavy, but I like the idea of the 45 colt in my pocket instead of my little .32 Tomcat.:)
