It's happened to me a couple of times. Bad sear. A qualified gunsmith should be able to take of it with no problem. Do you know how many rounds had been fired from the gun?

Been using Promo for 2 years now for 12 gauge sporting clays. I couldn't be happier with it. Meters well, burns clean. Love it and you can't bet the price.

I recently just picked up a model 24v, 223/20 gauge. Great shooter. Been wanting one for years and just so happen this fell in my lap out of the blue. Couldn't pass it up. As a bounus......the guy through in 5 boxes of 223.

I own several 45 caliper pistols (Springfield, Para, ect.) including my first 45 purchase used....Witness Carry 45 ACP. My Witness is the most accurate 45 I own hands down. Never have had one issue with it over the past 10 years.

I always used 7 or 71/2 shot for rabbit. 410 gauge 7 shot for squrrel. I bet you'll get a lot of differant opions on this subject.

I took my wife to my Club for some instruction in Sporting Clays. First time shooting a shotgun (20 gauge o/u). It was raining so she was shooting under cover at the 5-stand field. Hit the first 25 targets the instructor pulled for her. The instructor, myself and about 10 other guys there...

I shoot sporting clays with an Ithaca SKB 600 every weekend. The gun is 30 + years old and I expect to be able to hand it down to my son one day (he's 2). Great guns for the money!

I have a set of Starrett Dial calipers and Mics that are about 15 years old. I take them into work every now and again and checked them against a set of calibrated gauge blocks. Always dead nuts on.

Has anyone had any experiance with the Piston/Mercury type recoil reducers that install in the magazine or stock? Do they work or just a gimmick. If they do work any sugestions for which ones work best would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the help.
