Squeezing every ounce of acc. from my 91/30

It might be an investment to get the press, dies, scales, ect but if you have that much surplus and want the accuracy thats the best route to take. Plus you will be half way to being able to load the boxer brass you should haveneen savong from that newammo you have been shhoti.g.

Squeezing every ounce of acc. from my 91/30

Paper Zombie, no disrespect, but I can't fathom the reasoning behind thinking that accurizing the rifle will help with the surplus ammo after saying the new manufactured stuff seemed to shoot fine. Sure some degree of tweaking the gun will help with accuracy but it seems you are relying on the...

the Shortage - when do you think it will end?

Things may quite down but if another incident happens or the leftists keep talking about gun control people will continue to buy as much as they can. Theortically, this "shortage" could go one for a long time. Handoading components are out there. I just got confirmation that my 16lbs of...

Squeezing every ounce of acc. from my 91/30

You might try to pull the bullets from some of the surplus, sat maybe 10-20 rounds, and weigh and average the powder charges. Take the average and recharge the cases using that weight. Sometimes the pwder charges of that surplus is not too uniform. I say this because if you are getting pretty...

I am looking into forming an ammo manufacturing company. $ requirements?

If you are trying to rget in on the ammo shortage you are too far behind. Unless this situation lasts for 5 or more years. After you figure in all the time to get investments, equipment, location, permits, licenses, staffing, training we will either be serfs, subjects, prisoners or dead.

    After a self defense shooting.

If I ever had to defend myself and ended up killing the perp, I would be expecting retaliation from friends, family, gang members. So, yes it is good to have an extra hand gun on file.

    Tack Driver - literally

Yeah, sport was a bad choice of words. I like all of gods creatures. I love the ones that taste good and only shoot them for that purpose.

    Tack Driver - literally

Once, at my old make-shift range I had set the stands up, stapled the targets to the the cardboard. I walked back to the firing position and put a magazine in the camp gun. When I looked down range I notice 2 small pine tree saplings right in the way of the target about 30 yards away. The trunks...
