    KY . . MS . . SD . . DE Updates.

Kentucky already had permit less open carry, what SB150 does is allow permit less conceal carry. And the bill goes into effect July 1st BTW.

What are the bullpup options for lefties nowadays?

My G22 has been pretty good, just a little picky about what ammo I feed it. Never messed with the rear sight since mine got a scope mounted as soon as I took it out of the box.

I don't hunt either. But it's fun knocking over metal plate targets with 500gr bullets :p

    Kel-Tec 2000 Gen 2

I seem to recall a flip to the side mount for the Gen 1s that required some modding of the hand guard. Now that the Gen 2 has a proper pic rail something akin to a red dot mag flip mount should do the trick.

    Kel-Tec 2000 Gen 2

Got the Glk19 version I just wish they would fold to the side instead of over the top, would make much more sense when it comes to optics. I know when they first came out red dot were still kind of rare but I don't know if there was/is a technical reason why they couldn't be redesign to do since...

Thoughts on the Taurus PT111 G2.

Mine (Stealth version) has got holster wear and it doesn't bother me one bit, and I'm usually OCD about such things. I bought the thing to carry not to display and some finish wear is unavoidable. If I wanted to turn it into a display piece after carrying it for awhile it's not going to cost...

example of how choice of decorations can hurt you in court

Juries all too often convict, or not, to a large extent based on emotion. Lawyers know this all too well.

    marlin 1895 45-70 guide gun

Picked up a stainless version about 1 1/2 years ago and have had zero issues with either the rifle's cosmetics or function. I too was a little leery about buying one after hearing the horror stories after Remington bought Marlin out.

example of how choice of decorations can hurt you in court

I would guess this one wouldn't go over very well with some juries http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PZAS8OK?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_sfl_title_10&smid=A2L4SJFJPS9U4A

Wasn't that long ago you could find $30-$40 Mosins $50-$70 SKSs $100 AKs $500 Dragunovs (not PSLs) complete with all accessories. Cases of 5.56 for less than $100 sigh

    Wheel-O-Berettas keep rolling!

I consider the PX4 to be one of the, if not the, most underrated handguns out right now.

When removing a magazine floor plate...

Guy I worked with was using a power wire wheel brush on an engine block and one of the bristles shot off and pierced his eye. It almost entered his brain. Worn an eye patch from then on.
