It's on again at 2am central time. Two and a half hours from now.

    M-16 show

I missed it, didn't even see that it was on till 5 minutes before it ended. I certainly hope to see it in a rerun though, they have a tendency to do that.

    Shortage of 7.62x39 Ammo

MP, I know he did it, but I think he broke a few laws when he forced the ceo of gm to step down, and he will eventually pay for it.

    Shortage of 7.62x39 Ammo

"I reload my own 9mm, 45ACP & 12Ga ammo. I'm just not set up to reload this caliber and I don't have any brass. Anything I do have is steel cased that obviously won't reload." Why won't steel case reload? The only problem I see is with the Berdan primers making it very difficult, or more time...

    Customs agents responsibiliy

The point is that the US customs are in no way responsible for keeping things OUT of Mexico. That is the job of the Mexican customs agents. So if Mexico isn't hiring agents then WE are paying to solve THEIR problem for them.

    Your Funny Gun Quotes

I love this one. One of my all time favorite characters. When his daughter, Gloria, informed Archie that over 85% of all murders were committed with handguns his response was, "Would you feel better if they were pushed outta windows?"

What are the best gun magazines (publications)?

Which mags offer the most "unsolicited" and "unbiased" reviews? I have noticed that they all seem to be "advertising" when they review a gun and rarely have anything negative, useful, or constructive to say.

"I once met a man from Nebraska who collected jack in the boxes and owl pellets." And here I thought I was the eccentric one!!!

    Unique Collections

seriously though, I haven't reached a point yet where my collection has taken any direction other than usefulness, personal preference. The closest I've come is a few different variations of the SKS. I guess that's the most logical direction to go, as there are sooo many different versions, the...

    Gotta go !!!!!!!

"Huh? The .25 is way more expensive than .22 lr" Really? I could swear that's what I said. More accurate at a far greater price. Greater being LARGER, not "better". Reading comprehension must be one of the things they don't teach in public school any more.

    Gotta go !!!!!!!

I have the Beretta 21a in my kit too. I carry it as a BUG, but mine is .25acp. Considering the length of the barrel, I feel the centerfire round has a bit more accuracy(at a far greater price). To add a bit of constructive criticism, you seem to be a bit lacking in the magazine area.

Caliber Restrictions on Concealed Carry Gun

Since Black Powder guns are not firearms, can somebody without a permit carry one concealed? Additionally, not being firearms, could a BP shotgun be cut to 10 inches and carried concealed? I only ask because I'm looking for a loophole in my company policy. I drive a truck, and there is no law...

Caliber Restrictions on Concealed Carry Gun

None that I know of in MN. Just the legal liability of a "bear" caliber gun being used to defend against human attackers. Sort of like the problems that arise from a "Raging Bull" or "Black Talon".

    Customs agents responsibiliy

"One thing that comes to my mind is that the drug cartels happen to be experts at smuggling." And customs agents/border patrol are supposed to be "experts" and "professionals" in regards to preventing it. "last time I drove down to Mexico we weren't even stopped on the way in." Of course not...

    Customs agents responsibiliy

Yes, we aren't very effective at preventing drugs from coming over, but do we hold Mexico responsible and threaten trade sanctions? No, we give Mexico a blank check every 6 months or so under the pretense of using it to fight the drug cartels. Maybe Mexico should give us a blank check to make...

    Customs agents responsibiliy

I have never crossed the border into Mexico, only into Canada. I would have to imagine that the customs responsibilities are similar. At the border crossing between the USA and Canada, our customs agents are responsible for insuring that no one brings illegal "products" into the USA from Canada...

NPR's Piece on Mexico Fri 04/03/2009

BTW, our customs agents are responsible for insuring nothing comes in to the US from Mexico, shouldn't the Mexican customs agents be responsible for things going the other way?
