I ain't shooting mine without the brake. Too old for that!

cheers,

With all due respect, by failing to provide results comparing with and without the brake, and no 5 or 10 shot groups, your review is incomplete, inaccurate, and heavily biased.
Here is something similar that I feel is more complete. This review also suggests some of your less than stellar results could at least be partially the fault of the brake.

with the bipod foliding to the rear you eliminate the stops that are built into it to hard stop the legs from moving. When you lean into it the way you have it "load it" the bipod has potential to fold itself back up. Install it to where the legs fold forward which is correct allows you to lean into the gun without fear of the bipod folding.

Think you have me confused with someone else. I am not 'reviewing' any rifle. Just saying I have one and won't be shooting it without the brake. Kicks hard enough with it on. If someone else wants to shoot theirs without a brake and/or review it, go ahead.

cheers,

My apologies, I was referring to the OP's having done a review with an aftermarket muzzle brake and no comparison. I guess I missed that another 10tr with a brake had entered the discussion and was not the same.

All good brother. I got into this by comparing my 111LRH to the 10TR. Now, back to the bipod being installed 'WRONG'!:D

Wow all the emotion. I can assure you this was not meant to be a biased review, and this is not in non LEO hands. I also never indicated in anyway the muzzle break is the reason for inaccuracy. I clearly do point to my reloads and the hunting rounds I used.

If you do go to my website you will see that I get no benefit at all from you visiting. There are no sponsors or advertising at all. I even stay away from the political discourse that has now become a mainstay on other blogs which IMHO is a turn off. I only do this for the love of our great sport/ past time or however you wish to to refer to it. To try and provide unbiased reviews in hopes of attracting new gun owners who may get the same enjoyment out of spending a day on the range with their favorite firearm as we do.
