What is the difference between the remington adl and bdl rifle? (1) is it the stock ?(2) is it the magazine, (detachable vs. internal?) (3) a combination of both?

Adls have a plainer stock and a blind magazine. Bdls have a fancier stock with either a hinged floorplate or a detachable magazine. Avoid thje latter.. Essex

If you don't need iron sights, get a no sight smooth, rifled, barrel. The tiny bore imperfections are worst in a barrel with the sight grooves in it.

Iron sights hang up in brush.

adl's have been discontinued for a year now. they make fantastic project guns, so i like to pick 'em up when i can find one - which is getting harder to do now.
