Ok folks, I have a rear sight assembly for an AR-15 stamped NMA2 in white and comes with all the parts for the working rear sight in a carry handle or A2 upper. I'm not sure if I want to use it on my setup or sell it, but the question is... WHERE would I find pricing or an estimate for how much these go for? I'll probably list it on here or arf dot com but I have no idea what to ask and don't want to ask to much or to little...

Any ideas? I'd put it on Gunbroker to auction but from what I've seen, not much gets enough auctions to even gauge a price, and everything else is really overpriced buy it now...

Just look around M&A, RRA, DPMS, Brownell's, etc web sites...it would help if you knew the manufacturer.

That's the problem, I've been searching around, this sight is not from DPMS, RRA, Armalite, Brownells.... It's marked NMA2 in white above the UP DN adjustment, and the windage marks are in white as well... it might be Colt? ah well, may just have to repost this on ar15 to see if anyone there knows either...

It'll probably fetch $75 or less. NM rear sights are about $100-$125 for a top quality one like a Northern Competition, Compass Lake, or White Oak.

From what I can tell in those pictures, the sight you have doesn't take or come with hoods or interchangable apertures, which is important in a NM sight. Of course, you could just swap out the aperture with one that takes inserts.
