Zimmerman and Loughner present different problems for RKBA supporters because the way in which the course of events was enabled . Not to mention the difference in responses to the two from people in the community.

Agreed, although noting that a jury is going to regard each of these 2 bozos in light of what each of they themselves as jurors would have done.

Most people would not gun down a Congressman/woman for any reason.

And most people would not stalk a kid at 7:30pm who was walking through the neighborhood on his cell phone.

If BHO gets four more years and the opportunity to replace one of the 5 SCOTUS justices that voted for Keller or McDonald, then yes... pro 2A will have taken a major hit.

There was a news story reported across the political spectrum yesterday on how the POTUS has and intends to increase his use of Executive Orders to accomplish what he deems the peoples will.

Never saw it. Some links would help.

Pay attention to those actions, the story said he is the most prolific user of the EO's to date.
