The Brady campain wants to stop the sale of assault clips, does anyone know what those are? Maybe I should stock up on them if I wont be able to get them anymore.

The Brady Bunch is hoping to stir up some hysteria by coining a new scary name for something that's been around for a long time.

I've got some assault containers I keep my ammo in, some hold fifty and some of them even hold *gasp* one hundred rounds! I buy rimfire ammo in "assault boxes" that hold 550 rounds!

OOH, I want some, maybe someone could come up with a 30 round one for top loading my extended mag Mosin Nagant.....

But I think you would have to ALOT more than just weld some stripper clips together, I'm sure that would be much too flimsy.

It's brady, do you expect intelligence from them

    Larry, 550 round,
gees that box will just jump off the wamart gun counter and stitch you with holes
thats even more dangerous than stupid political action groups like the brady bunch.

That's a great picture kodiak, and if an object could assualt, those look to have potential. I'm just not able to imagine those clips becoming active and doing any assualtin...

So anything that holds bullets and looks kinda scary (all bullets are scary, especially if they are black) is considered "assault" now?

If there is such a thing as an "assault clip", I should be able to put a spam can of 7,62x54r in the trunk of my car and have an "assault Buick". That would be awesome!!! ;)

It would qualify for sure because the car is black with tinted windows!!

I guess the famous Winchester "Black Talons" go in "assault clips", uh~? ;) :D

FYI- I carried Winchester "Black Talons" in my S&W model 39-2, just today. LOL

I carry the shiny pretty much more safer Ranger T ammo. It is not black so it wont cause people to "snap".

I wouldnt mind some high capacity clips for loading my Lee Enfield

I have some high-capacity 5-round clips for my mosin nagant. Sure, some people may say thats "standard capacity", but frankly, how could anyone really need more than 1 shot? That's what our founding fathers obviously intended. Think of the children!

Exactly, I have to have those High Capacity Clips, otherwise the children will get pissed at daddy for being so slow and interrupting their shooting.
