Cross posting from CalGuns.net

It won't do anything, but having it on Obama's main site (it is only private link right now) would be pretty sweet...

It will not be posted to the main petition site until it gets 150 signatures. Please help!

We all know that this petition will not make Obama or Holder do anything. It won't cause them to suddenly own up to the situation and accept responsibility.
What it can do is put the issue in front of a LOT of people that may not be aware of the issue yet.
150 signatures to have a statement about Fast and Furious and Gunwalker placed on Obamas own website.
They won't be forced to act. They won't even be forced to respond with anything meaningful. But they, by their own stated policy, MUST at least post the petition to their own website.
That is [span style='font-style: italic;'][span style='font-weight: bold;']IF[/span][/span] 150 people sign it.

Please sign it.

I'll "sign" it as soon as I get the email for registration since anyone posting on this site is already on any lists being maintained by anyone (if any lists are being made at all ). If you're concerned about these sorts of things and you're not a genius at obscuring your identity you might as well sign up and participate or stay off the internet.

Yep, I have no doubt that I am on "the list", if it indeed exists. No one is hiding these days if they ever touch the internet.

You cannot win by hiding. You must stand up proud, say you are a gun owner & proud of it, and fight.

He's from New York, as I am. You can't expect a man from New York to be anything but afraid. It is part of life here in the Empire State.

Hmmm, convient for them eh?

It doesn't matter if you sign it or not. They don't do anything with it. It was a feel-good thing they came up with to make people think they were participating in government.

I think it is also a ruse to get email addresses for direct pandering during the next election. I signed one of those petitions early on and instead of getting an answer, I got emails telling me who to vote for.

@Strykervet: Well, I'm inclined to agree with you, but regardless of how we think, we still have to do our best to achieve results in a legitimate fashion.

Well, I'm officially on "the list". Again. Or, more acurately, on another list. :)
Number 89.
See you in the re-education camp, brothers, and probably soon.

On a side note, I'd encourage you all to e-mail John Dodson (I tried [email protected] and thankfully didn't get an automated non-deliverable reply), thanking him for exposing the agency's corruption.

Whatever is going to happen will happen, and the petition is meaningless - or worse, a way to gather names of enemies.

There are some congressmen calling for investigations.

Whalerman;
All men are afraid, fear fathers courage, New Yorkers have the honor of being remembered as resourceful and tough round these parts, you will stand.
124? Really guess everyone's outa step but Johnny...again.
