I picked up a sixty mm spacemaster, 78-1800, body only for $49.00. No eyepiece. I also picked up two fixed power eyepiecs for $9 apiece, a 20X and a 48X. Ocasionally I'll see a 15X to 45X zoom eyepiece for sale, $49-$60 and plan on picking one up as they become available.

Do any of you know if different manufacturers eyepieces would also fit a spacemaster? I have a chance to pick up a Zeiss 15X-45X for around $60. I've looked around alot for some info on this, birding forums, here but can't find any info. The Zeiss eyepiece retails for $399, if it would fit I'd sure jump on it.

I'm trying to get a "semi-decent" scope on the cheap.
