Does MR ever actually put out BFRs in .475 Linebaugh or .500JRH anymore? I called and asked and was told somewhat unconvincingly by a sales guy that if it is still in the catalog, they still make it. I have casually kept an eye out for one for years and haven't seen one in either of these calibers. I know they have a custom shop that will make them though. Just wondering if anyone knows what the story is?

The kicker is you have to call for pricing. I think they will build you anything you want, you just have to come up with the money. I'm sure a 50 to 75 % deposit will get the factory moving.

I think the .500's are strictly custom shop now.
Actually, they are back in the catalog for 2017 as a production item again.
The .500JRH is what I am most interested in. It seems to go back and forth in the catalog over the years between a custom shop option and a regular production item, but I still never see them online or on shelves. Maybe they will make a batch for 2017 and actually put them out there again.
