Just found a Reck single action 22 revolver in my storage - must be 50 years old. I would like to clean it and try it out. Can anyone direct me to where I could find instructions on this or for a similar revolver I could use to ready it for action?

Fairly low quality import in the 70's?

RECK = Karl Arndt Reck Sportwaffenfabrik of Lauf bei N├╝rnberg.

It strips for cleaning just like any other single-action.

Place the hammer on half cock.
    Open the loading gate.
Press the base pin latch in front of the cylinder and pull the base pin foreward out of the frame. (If it doesn't have a spring loaded latch, it will have a single slotted screw you take out)
Remove the cylinder out the side the loading gate is on.

Clean the bore & chambers as you would any other gun and then put the cylinder back in.
