I'm cleaning pistols tonight and my blue finish Sigs I have done before. I have a Sig P230 380 stainless steel that I'm cleaning for the first time. What do I do differently? I usually use Bore Brite, rem oil, nylon brushes, bronze bore brushes, silicon cloth for the outside wipe, cotton and Q-tips with my others. The rest of my Sigs function better when well oiled up. Does the same apply here? Anything else different on a stainless steel finish cleaning?

Sounds like you're covered. I use Eezox on the outside of my stainless guns, but that's a personal preference thing. For that absolute clean and polished look after cleaning, try a Flitz cloth.

    Enjoy your P230, it's a great gun.
