This gun seems to get either great or terrible reviews. Anyone here own one and wants to chime in on what's good or bad about them? I'm wondering if the bad reviews might have been due to teething problems that hopefully have been smoothed out.

They are intriguing little weapons. They were also designed by a reputable designer (can't remember who off hand but he was Israeli) but I think the execution by the manufacturers that made them is spotty. It would be nice if someone would step up and do it right. Maybe Kel-Tec could use the design for a 45acp. That would be cool.

I wouldn't quite say the IMPRESS me but they do churn out a decent product at a very reasonable price. I've had a P32 and P11 that were both fine weapons. I will probably get a PF-9 in the future too. If they built a Patriot 45 I'm sure it would be better than the ones Republic Arms or Cobra made.

I am planning on buying one this year. I have dealt with Cobra Arms customer service and though they did a great job. Now that some of their guns are wearing the Cimmaron name, hopefully means they're improving their product. Meh, who am I kidding, this is THR, they'll never improve
